HORNERO RESTAURANT

For our project we need to do a blog about a restaurant we like too much, so we decided to do it about the Hornero restaurant in Tijuana city, this because the restaurant is one of our favorites. So we will be talking about the history of the restaurant, their dishes and the quality of this and for last we will talked about the place and their service.

I. How was the Hornero restaurant?
The history of the restaurant doesn't have a sentimental or familiar piece as many others have had it. Since we really can see each other. Hornero Restaurant, was born from an idea that the founders had. The idea is if they adapted the old style to make pizza, they will be innovating the  pizza style at Tijuana, so thet did it and now we can say Hornero could be one of the best pizza restaurants that has the city, the style they adapted for the restaurant might be named like "Napolitano".

• When was the Hornero Restaurant founded?
• The restaurant opened on the 12 of February of 2009 at Tijuana city, so we can see the restaurant a few days ago they are celebrating their 11th anniversary, in this way we think they might be celebrating all weekend of Valentine's Day.

II. Food

In 2011 the restaurant expanded their menu with new things like meats and fishes.

• Food quality
• The quality of the food is very good we liked because the portions are correct, the same way we never have a complain about the restaurant and we don't know someone they has one, maybe someone who we don't know could have a complaint with the place or their food but we never listened to something about that.
• Food dishes
• About the food dishes they have something of everything and this might be good because of this they may have a lot of customers.
• They have dishes like soups, pizzas, pasta, meat, dishes and salads, so if we see with attention we can see how different the food is.
• Food cost
• We think the prices are okay because if we see the size, the quality and the supply of the dish we would know the price is good because this doesn't cost too more expensive or cheapest, the prices are neutral.
• Famous dishes
• We think the specialty of the restaurant will be the pizza, because if we think in the story of the place we can know what the first intention of the restaurant is. If you didn't remember you will have read at the beginning of the blog, at the second section.

III. Service of the place

• Customer service
• We believe the service at the restaurant is very good and comfortable, because if you need something, they will be helping you as fast as they can. So we think it's great, because the restaurant's customers are very kind and friendly to the people who go, so this makes the restaurant will be recognized in the city. 
• The service of the place is not bad, as we have said it's really good, only that the fact that the restaurant is usually full and this causes the service to be slower, so the only bad thing they had is this fact because they could be faster if they will have bigger place and more workers.

IV. The place

• Quality of the place
• Well the place is nice but the only factor with this is the size of the restaurant. This is because the restaurant is one of the best in the city and too many people go so they are full most of the time. But this doesn't mean the place is bad or something like that, we only say that the restaurant might have an extension or a bigger place, because who has not happened that goes to this restaurant and is full?
• Location

• We thing they have a good location and we like it because it is central to the city.
